BOOKING/CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
CLIENT INFORMATION
To discuss your expectations prior to an appointment, contact our office at 020 7097 7202 with no obligation to meet with one of our Life Strategists. Prior to the appointment time, please arrive ten minutes early so you feel relaxed.
General Refunds
All services are carried out to the highest possible standard, however sometimes outcomes do not meet patients expectations. If you are not entirely happy with our services, we emphatically welcome your feedback and comments. However, as with any non-invasive emotional support and life coaching service, there is no guarantee of the outcome. Consequently, it is at the client’s own risk that these services are undertaken. Living Room ConVo do not offer refunds on this basis.
The Complaints Procedure
Living Room ConVo aims to exceed our client’s expectations and provide first in class care services, standards of care and customer service. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your experience, we readily welcome your input in the interest of making improvements to our service, and will do our best to rectify them as soon as possible. Prepaid Bookings
Bookings require full payment at point of booking, which can be paid over the phone or online. If a cancellation is necessary, the client should notify the Life Strategist 48 hours in advance of the appointment to reschedule or incur the charges in our cancellation policy below. Please note that services are non-transferrable, and must be carried out within 3 months of the original purchase date. Beyond this time, please be aware that service credit is no longer valid for redemption. Any/all prepaid services must be undertaken by the original client specified at the time of purchase, and may not be gifted or transferred between one client and another at any given time.
OUR CUSTOMERS ARE ENTITLED FOR REFUND UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
CANCELLATIONS
Please give at least 48 hours notice if cancellations occur. Less than 48 hours will incur a charge of 50% of your total service cost. To apply for a refund, please contact us at sharrid@livingroomconvo.com and provide a copy of your receipt. No shows will be charged in full. This notice will allow us to accommodate clients on the waiting list.
LATE FOR APPOINTMENT
If you are unavoidably late for your appointment, your Life Strategist will work to make sure that all your needs are still taken care of, but please understand sometimes this may not be possible. If we are unavoidably late for your appointment, we apologise as sometimes this is out of our control. We will make this up to you if this should ever cause you a problem and inconvenience.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
If you have any known medical conditions or allergies that may affect your engagement with our services, please inform your Life Strategist prior to booking your appointment. Additionally, if you have any health changes or medications that could alter your participation in our services post consultation, please inform your Life Strategist immediately.

SERVICE PRICES
All services include transaction fee of 1.7%. All prices are correct in our brochure at the time of going to print. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
PAYMENT
All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
GIFT VOUCHERS OR ANY VOUCHER
Vouchers can be arranged and paid for and posted to you or the client. Vouchers are valid for 6 months only. You will need to contact our office directly to book an appointment using a voucher. When booking, please state the voucher number, this will secure your booking. The same cancellation charges apply to voucher holders. A no show will prevent the voucher from being used again.
