Emotional Support, Advocacy and Advice

LRC provides 1-to-1 support, collaboration and participation alongside clients in person or via phone / video chat to help them face a scenario in which:

  • their views and concerns need to be heard,
  • they understand their responsibilities,
  • they have access to information and services,
  • their rights are preserved, and
  • they are fully aware of available options before making decisions.

Mental Health and Wellness Support

LRC provides trauma informed, person-centred mental health care to individuals, couples, families and groups on a range of topics in which they are experiencing difficulties.

Webinars

LRC provides mental health education to groups in any industry / field with the purpose of increasing understanding, demystifying mental illness, destigmatising perception associated with negative stereotypes, and changing government policy.

How to Get Started

  1. Review the service descriptions.
  2. Decide which service meets your needs, notate the service code and follow the steps beginning at #4, OR
  3. If you’re unsure of the service needed, elect to have a free 15 minute consultation with our Life Strategist.
  4. Click the “Book Appt” in the menu bar above. The appointment diary page will open. Select a free consultation or a specific service.
  5. Choose a date and time.
  6. Pay the amount due.  Please note that payment is due in advance. For info on our refund policy, select “Refunds” from the menu bar above.
  7. Once the appointment is booked, you will receive additional instructions from our Life Strategist.
